Full-time, W2 position = 25 clinical hours a week.

$45+/clinical hours for unlicensed clinicians (specialties eligible for higher rate).
$50+/clinical hour for licensed clinicians (specialties eligible for higher rate).

Mental Health Clinician - Older Teens/Adults: (In-Office, Hybrid, Remote Available for Fully Licensed Clinicians)

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
Conduct thorough client assessments and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, focusing on behavioral health and mental wellness.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.
Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring a safe environment for clients.

Qualifications:

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.
Proficient in therapeutic techniques.
Strong skills in client care, assessment, and medical documentation.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology.

Open to in-office, hybrid, and telehealth options for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45-$55.00+ per hour

Expected Hours: 30 per week
